Shipping policy

SA Turbo offer a freight solution at a cost, all deliveries arranged by SA Turbo will be without insurance unless indicated by the buyer as a requirement which will be at a additional charge and must be requested by contacting admin@saturbo.co.za 

Once goods are collected from SA Turbo a tracking number will be sent to the buyer, from that point loss or damage to goods supplied rest solely on the buyer and the insurer. Delivery information will be collected as the buyer has provided it. Third party courier will verify address before goods are dispatched for delivery. Failure to verify the address will result in delays. Goods will be dispatched with in 3 days of purchase excluding weekends and public holidays, delays may occur which may not be communicated - Follow up contact: admin@saturbo.co.za. SA Turbo will not accept liability for loss of income or contactual penalties as a result of delays in delivery or goods damaged in transit, or incorrect goods supplied.
