Refund policy
We have a 10 business day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should goods be incorrectly supplied contact must be made within 4 working days of delivery on admin@saturbo.com to arrange refund and collection, which will be at the discretion and assessment of the SA Turbo. All goods must be supplied in original packing and in a unfitted state, failure to do so will result in limited or no refund assessed at the discretion of SA Turbo. Refund will only be made once goods are received in the SA Turbo warehouse.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as electrical or electronic components) custom products (such as special orders or purpose built items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return turbo discount on Remanufactured Service Exchange Turbochargers
Remanufactured turbochargers enjoy a R1500 rebate when the old unit is returned. This rebate will only be paid if the old turbo is returned within 5 business days of the reman turbo delivery. SA Turbo has included the return shipping in the shipping price of the turbo. If the buyer opted to collect in store or arranged their own shipper the return cost would be for the buyers expense. Contact us on admin@saturbo.com to arrange the collection of the old unit.
Once the turbo has been received at the SA Turbo warehouse the turbo will be assessed with following criteria to determine whether the returned turbo qualify for the full rebate, partial rebate or no rebate.
Criteria
Same part number as supplied - Return turbo must be the same as the remanufactured turbo supplied.
Has the turbo been dismantled - Turbo should be kept in a completely assemble state
Is the turbo complete - Actuators, housing, VNT’s, electric components
Broken Parts - Blunt force trauma to housings, broken electrical plugs and fittings, exhaust or compressor covers worn away, cracked or melted. Missing components will reduce or disqualify the rebate payout.
Modifications to the external housings including welding repairs. This will reduce or disqualify the rebate payout.
Heat distorted housing. This will reduce or disqualify the rebate payout.
Electric actuator electronics operational. This will reduce or disqualify the rebate payout.
Vacuum and pressure actuator operational - Diaphragm perforations. This will reduce or disqualify the rebate payout.
SA Turbo reserve the right to determine and calculate the rebate subject to the condition the turbo arrives at our warehouse.
Rebate payouts will be made via EFT, SA Turbo will request a bank stamped proof of bank details to complete the payment.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
